Judy: My Activism Continues!

Choice for All is my home away from home. I know first hand the struggles associated with being a single mother.  I have a beautiful little girl (maybe not that little) who grew up to be a lawyer and a handsome young man (don’t tell him I said that) taking on the business world head first. As a woman of color who played an active role in the Civil Rights Movement, I have always had a passion for activism. Now that my children are on their own, I am doing my part to make Roosevelt a better place. Choice for All gives me a platform where I can help families in need assistance by enrolling  them in programs that provide services I wish I had when I was raising my children. I can’t think of a better way to spend my days. Just thinking about retirement makes me yawn!
