“You can do the impossible!” “What if”…that is your mantra – heard constantly and repeatedly by your coach and by your 11-year old teammates.

“You can do it!” What if…you were trained, disciplined, practiced, and saw your body getting stronger, more powerful and capable in succeeding in a world-wide competitive sport – a triathlon. What if… you felt stronger emotionally and mentally?

Imagine the possibilities if you heard, “You can do it!” from the very beginning of your life – shaping and forming you – helping you believe that nothing is unattainable and nothing is unconquerable. What if… “You can do it!” simply means you deserve it. And, all it takes is someone who believes in you. Someone who sees the potential you don’t see or don’t feel worthy to see. Confidence changes lives and allows us to become who we were meant to be. What if…

For my entire business career I have been mentoring women – coaching and training them, helping them to make meaningful changes…reinforcing their inherent strengths and capabilities. This is why i-tri has a special place in my heart.   I’m proud to be on the board of a life-changing organization that is teaching middle school girls through sports that they have value. And Are Valued.

i-tri started 10 years ago with three girls and today has grown into an internationally recognized organization. i-tri is helping approximately 175 girls a year, to develop into confident and competent young women.

So please put your arms around an i-tri girl and tell her, “You can do it!” We need your help! Without you, we can’t do it.
